Nasi Lemak
Fragrant rice steamed in coconut milk and 'pandan' leaves, served with hard boiled egg, roasted peanuts, fried anchovies, sliced cucumber alongside with Pondok's special 'sambal ikan bilis'.
Choice of additional accompaniments:
'telur goreng' / 'sambal sotong' / 'rendang ayam' / 'ayam goreng'.
Nasi Goreng Pondok
Rice stir-fried with minced chicken, prawns, long beans and 'sayur sawi' with Pondok's special chilli shrimp paste. Served alongside with lettuce and sliced cucumber, topped with a sprinkle of fried onions and spring onions.
Nasi Paprik Pondok
Stir-fried minced chicken, prawns, long beans, carrots and cauliflower with Pondok's special chilli shrimp paste mixed with 'limau purut'. Served alongside with a plate of steamed rice.
Ikan Masak Assam Pedas
Freshly steamed fish with Pondok's special assam chilli gravy. Served with a plate of steamed rice.
Choice of fish: 'ikan kembung' or 'ikan pari'.
Ikan Bakar Pondok
Freshly grilled fish topped with slices of ladies' finger, marinated with Pondok's special sambal. Served with a plate of steamed rice. Choice of fish: 'ikan pari' or 'ikan kembung'.
Nasi Kerabu
Aromatic steamed rice served alongside with fried mackerel (ikan tenggiri), assorted raw vegetables (ulam) with torch ginger flower buds (bunga kantan), toasted grated coconut (kerisik), sambal and 'budu' as an extra flavouring.

Nasi Dagang
Aromatic steamed reddish brown rice + glutinous rice mixed with thin coconut milk (santan), served alongside with tuna fish (gulai ikan tongkol), vegetables pickles (acar), toasted grated coconut (kerisik), crispy fish crackers (keropok ikan) and sambal.

Nasi Daging
Sliced beef meat cooked perfectly together with fragrant rice, served alongside with vegetable 'dalcha' and sambal assam pedas.

Nasi Tomato
Orangey-red tomato flavoured rice served with 'ayam masak merah' served alongside with vegetable 'dalcha' and pineapple + cucumber pickles (acar).
